Description

Conduct Needs Analysis to identify the L&D requirements and publish the annual L&D calendar;
  1. 2. Help on Identify/Design training courses and programs to meet training needs;
    3. Source vendors for training delivery and create a shortlist for management to choose from;
    4. Supervise all in house and outsourced L&D activities for Takamol Holding;
    5. Identify and introduce L&D methodologies and tools to raise the employee skill levels in lines with business objectives;
    6. Conduct surveys and assessments to determine training effectiveness;
    7. Coordinate logistics associated with conducting training sessions to ensure smooth implementation;
    8. Prepare reports on training effectiveness and feedback and present to senior officer and management;
    9. Monitor L&D spent against budgets;
    10. Maintain all L&D records and data;
    11. Develop contacts and relationships with external training or consulting providers to provide expertise required in training needs assessment and development areas.

Qualifications

-Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management (HRM) or related field;
-Experience of dealing with internal client across all level;
-Proven track record of meeting deadlines with accuracy of Data;
-Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English;
-Dynamic, confident, efficient, positive and have a real can-do attitude;
-Good in using Microsoft Offices Tools;
-Recommended to have related 2-4 years of experience in Training/ L&D;
- Human Resources knowledge on ( Policies & Assessments);
-Attention to details;
-Good Proficient analytical and presentation skills;
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
