Job Description | The Recruitment Assistant will handle many tasks that require good telephone skills, outgoing personality, ability to analyze, and strong computer skills, in addition to good command of English Language. The responsibilities of the Recruitment Assistant include: Sourcing candidates Online search and posting Phone screening Calling clients to offer services customer service activities technical support This job is designed for females who are interested to work from home and can be committed to the job. Working hours are from 8 to 4 pm and the work is monitored thru an online system. Accepted candidates will go thru a 2 weeks training program and only those who complete the training program successfully will be hired. |
