How to apply for permanent family (Wife) visa in Saudi Arabia Online or with Istiqdam

There are two ways to apply for family visa, we will describe both ways in very details.

2. Apply for Family Visa by visiting Istiqdam Offic

Apply for Family Visa online through Absher/ MOI

Pay the family visa fee (2000 SAR) online by using any bank using internet banking or ATM

How to pay the Family Visa fee through bank - SADAD Payments

Login to MOI Website ( www.moi.gov.sa), if you don't have account on MOI visit the link to create account on MOI(How to create Absher account or MOI Account)

Change the language from  from Arabic to English

Click on EService  then Family Visa service

 

Click on "New Family Visa Application"

Click on "Apply Family Visa"

Enter the Application Information , person who is applying for family visa

Enter the Dependent Information

Keep in mind with below info 

1. Iqama expiry date should be greater than 90 days
2. Istiqdam Family visa application fees should be paid prior to submitting the application
3. Son's with age greater than 18 are not eligible for Family visa.
4. Family visa is valid or can be issued only for one wife at any point of time.
5. All required mandatory data input should be provided for submitting the application
6. If name column if four fields enter the name as Wife first name, Wife Last Name, your first name, your last name

Applicant Occupation should be within the allowed occupation list

Steps after submission

1. Print the paper and get signed from your company
2. Go to Main chamber of commence office (In riyadh located on King Abdullah Road)
3. There is separate section for family visa only 
4. Visit that section, pay the fee they will stamp and you will receive SMS on the same time or withing 1-2 working days. That is your visa reference number
5. To check , visa is approved or not visit the link after 3-4 working days (How to check if your visa status is approved or not)

If you cannot apply using online service , then you have to book appointment for Istiqdam and then visit istiqdam for visa

Book appointment with istiqdam without appointment istiqdam will not serve you. You must reach to Istiqdam only on appointment date and time, Click here to book appointment (How to Book Appointmet with Istiqdam in Saudi Arabia)

You need following documents with you when you visit istiqdam

1. Marriage certificate attested by MOFA , Saudi Embessy
2. Arabic Translation of marriage certificate
3. You degree , on which your work visa is issued  atested by MOFA , Saudi Culture, Saudi Embessy
4. Arabic translation of your degree
5. Istiqdam application form 
6. Appointment letter
7. Wife passport copy
8. Your salary certificate by your company attested by your company and chamber of commerence
9. Your Iqama copy
10. Your passport copy
11. You Visa copy on passport

With all these documents , visit the Istiqdam office. You can get office location from appointment letter

Show them all documents, and once every thing is ok they will give you yellow slip that is your visa.
